The contract is concluded in the electronic commerce of this website or via other means of distance communication such as telephone and e-mail. The offers presented represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept.

The order process for the conclusion of a contract on this website comprises the following steps:

  • Enter the billing and delivery address

  • Review and processing of the order and all entries

  • Click on the 'Buy now' button

  • Confirmation email that the order has been received


In addition to the contact forms on this website, orders for YouTube marketing can also be placed via remote communication (telephone / e-mail), whereby the ordering process for the conclusion of the contract comprises the following steps:

The contract is concluded when an order confirmation is sent. The automatically generated and sent order confirmation does not constitute a corresponding legally binding declaration. The contract is also concluded when the goods are sent or the service is provided.

The participation fees vary depending on the calls and are noted in the product descriptions.

Contract duration

The total price is calculated from the following components:  

Incoming purchase after receipt of the confirmation from 72h until receipt of the calls.

Technical requirements

It is up to the participants to create the technical requirements that are necessary for participation, such as email address and Internet access.

The participants also bear the costs.

The organizer assumes no responsibility if participation in the course is not possible due to technical problems.


Youboost provides information in the purchase to the best of its knowledge and belief. The organizer is not liable for any errors in the information, documents or data carriers.


All prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax. The information on the website applies. There is a right of withdrawal and is used by this.

The calls are sent to the YouTube link stored by the buyer immediately after receipt of the order from 12-72h. With a larger number of views, delivery will take longer.


The buyer is granted to send the selected calls from 12-72h on the stored YouTube link. In the event of a faulty transmission, the buyer bears the costs. If reimbursement takes place, this will be done in voucher form.

Guidelines  of the videos/ Content

The content created by the customer himself must be legally permissible; YouBoost does not carry out a legal review or assumption of liability, but via Google Ads. We reserve the right to refuse the application of certain content.

This includes:

  • Any form of political content

  • Illegal

  • Racism, fascism, extreme speciesism

  • All FSK 18 content

  • Sexual content

  • Competitions, voting, sweepstakes

  • Gambling, betting

  • Trading / securities trading, cryptocurrencies, etc.

  • MLM / Network Marketing

  • Violent or repulsive content



Disclaimer of liability

Claims for damages by the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. This also applies to the provider's representatives and vicarious agents if the customer makes claims for damages against them. This also does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or willful breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent.

Assignment and pledge prohibition

Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without his consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledging.

Language, place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms and conditions is the headquarters of the organizer.

Severability clause

The ineffectiveness of a provision of these terms and conditions has no effect on the effectiveness of the other provisions. The ineffective provision will then be replaced by a regulation that comes as close as possible to the meaning of the ineffective provision.
